How long does delivery take?
Standard Shipping: Your order will be delivered directly to the address you provided within approximately 8–13 business days. This timeframe includes:
- Processing time: usually 3–4 business days
- Shipping time: usually 5–9 business days
We do not charge any hidden fees. If your shipment does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact our customer service team for an update on your order status.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package. Alternatively, you can check your tracking number under the “My Orders” section. Tracking information is sent as soon as it is provided by the courier.
International Shipping
All shipments are fully prepaid by CalmTrim™. You will not be charged any additional shipping, customs, or import fees. Delivery times may vary depending on your destination country. While we strive for timely delivery, any delays caused by customs or local postal services are beyond our control.
